Installation

Follow the installation process as defined by Atlassian for Jira add-ons. Once installed the add-on is ready for use right away.

User Flow

Once CirrusInsightsNow.AI app is installed from Atlassian marketplace, user can select it from their App list to navigate to the Home page

That will take user to the below Home page.

Here user can view the list of all Jira Software projects that the user has access to

Select a project where user wants to create the backlog items. Click on ‘Next Step’ button to go to next page.

Then answer a few basic questions to explain the purpose of Epic that you want the AI engine to generate. Click on ‘Next Step’ button

The AI engine will now generate the Epic. Click on ‘Add Jira’ to create the generated content of Epic into Jira. User can see a message that Epic was created successfully.

Now click on ‘Create User Story’. This will take user to next page

The AI engine next generates multiple user stories for the Epic that was generated in previous step. Click on ‘Add Jira’ to create the user story generated by AI into the Jira project that was selected in Step 1. Once its successfully added to Jira, user will navigate to the Thank You page. Here click on the link provided to open the created Jira Epic. In case user wants to restart and generate the next set of Epic and its user stories, simply click ‘Start Over’.

Next user can view the Epic that was created in Jira along with the child issues under it. View and refine them as needed. Otherwise start over for the next set of backlog items as needed.
