Data Residency
The Cloud cloud version of CirrusInsightsNow.AI plugin add-on stores only minimal data in your Cloud Instance database and it isn't shared across different Atlassian sites. Also, the add-on does not store any data in browsers' cache. Once you close or leave a page with the plugin, the browser loses all data. However, if there is data required for our application to operate, this will be stored in our secure database. Any data stored will be held in <need the region> in Azure like APAC India> East US within Microsoft Azure Data Center (?? need region name like aws-eu-west-1).
Data Encryption
The cloud version of http://CirrusInsightsNow.AI add-on uses an encrypted database with data encrypted in transit (using HTTPS) and at rest. Firewalls are in operation between our infrastructure and other services or the internet.
