Protecting your data and your privacy is a high priority and is very important to us. CirrusLabs adheres to a strict policy for ensuring the security and privacy of your data, in particular, your personally identifiable information (such as full name, address, e-mail address, and/or other identifiable information, collectively such personally identifiable information "Personal Data"). As such, the add-on does not process or store any type of personally identifiable information.
Overview
We provide downloadable product(s) ("Add-ons") for Atlassian Cloud Products, which are installed on the client's IT-systems. Cloud Add-ons can be identified by the "Cloud" category in the corresponding Atlassian Marketplace listing.
Data Management
Data Residency
The Cloud version of CirrusInsightsNow.AI plugin stores only minimal data in your Cloud Instance database and it isn't shared across different Atlassian sites. Also, the add-on does not store any data in browsers' cache. Once you close or leave a page with the plugin, the browser loses all data. However, if there is data required for our application to operate, this will be stored in our secure database. Any data stored will be held in <need the region> in Azure like APAC India> within Microsoft Azure Data Center (?? need region name like aws-eu-west-1).
Account removal and data retention
There is nothing to remove since we do not store add-on data. All data generated through the add-on can be deleted from the corresponding Jira software project itself. You can delete your integration settings on the CirrusInsightsNow.AI configurations under Jira Apps.
Third-Party Providers
Our software add-ons require Microsoft Azure to operate effectively. This provider was chosen due to their certifications, reliability, and history of security compliance.
Data Security
Access to Infrastructure
There are strict security procedures and controls in place to restrict access to our infrastructure and databases. Only authorized CirrusLabs' employees from our support and development teams have access to customer data. The data stored are the bare minimum details needed to run the add-on. No personal identifier information is store in the database
Employee Training & Confidentiality
All of our employees are bound by confidentiality agreements as part of their employee contracts and they need to complete data protection and security training on a bi-annual basis.

If you find a security issue in the add-on, please report it through our Service Desk
In case of security breaches or vulnerabilities in the plugin, we will notify all users by email with actions to be taken.
